Acceptance

By creating an account or using MTMR, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use MTMR. By signing in, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your content

You own the content you submit. By posting it, you grant MTMR a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform and in social previews (OG images, share text).

You are responsible for what you post. You must not submit:

• Projects you did not build or meaningfully contribute to
• Plagiarised, copied, or misrepresented work
• Spam, promotional content unrelated to a genuine project, or AI-generated placeholder projects
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Content that is unlawful, abusive, or harassing

Voting and community behaviour

Votes must reflect your genuine opinion. You must not coordinate votes, use multiple accounts to inflate scores, or manipulate rankings in any way. We reserve the right to remove votes or accounts we determine to be acting in bad faith.

Comments

Comments are for constructive feedback, questions, and discussion about projects. We want MTMR to be a place where developers feel safe sharing their work.

The following are not permitted in comments:

• Personal attacks, insults, or targeted harassment of any kind
• Hate speech or discriminatory language relating to race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Threats, intimidation, or behaviour intended to make another user feel unsafe
• Spam, self-promotion unrelated to the project being discussed, or unsolicited recruiting
• Deliberately discouraging or belittling developers — especially those sharing work in progress or learning publicly

Critical feedback is welcome when it is specific, respectful, and focused on the work rather than the person. "This approach has a performance problem because X" is fine. "This is garbage" is not.

Users can flag comments that violate these rules. We review flagged comments and may remove them or take action against the account, up to and including a permanent ban.

Accounts

One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share access credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Enforcement

We may remove any content or suspend any account that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be in violation of these terms or harmful to the community — without prior notice. We'll try to be reasonable.

Availability

MTMR is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime, data retention, or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTMR and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
