SupportPath Agent
Information heavy websites can make it difficult to find the right answer. AI can help, but its answers are hard to trust when people cannot see where the information came from. SupportPath Agent addresses both problems. A person asks a question in everyday language, and the agent visibly follows links through the website to find relevant pages. It shows the route it took, links to the original sources and saves screenshots, so the person can check the information for themselves. The current version uses Turn2us, a UK charity website with extensive guidance on benefits and grants, as an example. The same approach could help people explore and verify information on any other information dense website.

Well done! This is an impressive project. Just a thought - could I also hit the Home button after the prompts are finished to go back to the original home page, or do I have to hit "New Chat" every time?
